The beach was good and clean, but you must pay for umbrella and sun beds.

The kitchen has a poor variety and you cannot pay with credit card, the staff speaks English very bad, the hotel is very far from the city center. You have to use taxi to reach to the city center for Euro 25 for one way.

All Inclusive : The same snack and only snack was served every day (rubbery cheese and ham in stale bread), the hotel was not actually in Mastihari as described and the staff were often not very friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic sea view from our room at Gaia. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy place to relax after a long day of exploring. The variety of food options at the hotel's restaurant was impressive and the atmosphere around the pools was delightful. The location, right by the beach, was perfect for enjoying the sun and sand. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The room at Gaia Royal in Mastichari was beautifully decorated with a functional layout. It had everything I needed, including air conditioning, a mini fridge, and two LCD TVs with satellite channels. The tiled floor added a touch of elegance. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I found the presence of mosquito nets in the room a bit bothersome. However, I understand that some guests may appreciate this feature for added comfort during their stay.

Mind-blowing sea view room, super helpful staff, amazing facilities and well-maintained property, jaw-dropping beach access with sun loungers, beach umbrellas. The buffet was okay, but the lovely touch of rose flowers on the bed was a nice surprise. Perfect for families with kids, offering a children's play area, children's pool, kids club, and children's buffet. Enjoyed the game room, fitness studio, and outdoor swimming pool. Convenient amenities included on-site car park, 24-hour reception, in-room air conditioning, table tennis, mini golf. Definitely value for money and a satisfying stay.

The hotel's main building and bungalows were easily accessible for senior people like myself, with convenient ramps and elevators available.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there, especially when it came to accommodating senior guests. A little extra support and attention to the needs of older individuals would have made the vacation even more enjoyable.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! The abundance of activities for children, including a small zoo and big mini golf area, kept our little ones entertained for hours. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the all-inclusive offer included not only wine and beer, but also delicious long drinks. The beach was absolutely stunning - one of the best we've seen in Kos. The free internet access throughout our stay was a huge plus. The room we were given with a sea view was simply amazing, and the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. We can't wait to come back!

I do wish that the children working there had been more attentive and accommodating. It would have made my vacation even better if the staff had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests.
